When you purchase a home in Orchard Ridge, you automatically become a member of the Orchard Ridge Residential Master Community, Inc. Membership continues for as long as you own your home.
Membership is mandatory for all homeowners. Every member enjoys the same benefits and shares the same responsibilities, as outlined in the community’s governing documents.
As a member, you are expected to:
- Pay community assessments
- Follow the community’s rules and restrictions
- Maintain the areas of your home for which you are responsible
Orchard Ridge Monthly Assessment Amount is $92.70 (billed quarterly at $278.10) beginning January 1, 2026.
Assessments Due:
- January 1st
- April 1st
- July 1st
- October 1st
