Developed by Freehold Communities, Orchard Ridge is a place where you can feel at home. The members of the association's current Board of Directors have been appointed by the developer. As development continues, control of the association will be transitioned to the individual members within the schedule outlined in the community's Master Covenant.
The Board of Directors' responsibility is to:
  • Prepare the annual association budget 
  • Establish the rates of assessments and collect all assessments due to the association
  • Provide for necessary operational personnel
  • Adopt, amend and publish the community rules
  • Enforce all provisions of the governing documents
  • Keep detailed association accounting records
  • Provide for care and upkeep of the common areas
  • Perform all acts necessary for the association's administration
  • Procure and maintain adequate liability and hazard insurance on property owned by the Association
